Q: Do you have an actual store that I can go to and view or buy your products?
A: No, we are an E-commerce (internet-based) company only.
Q: Do you have a paper catalog?
A: No our only catalog is on-line.
Placing an order
Q: What is PayPal?
A: PayPal is the company we use to process your payments. www.paypal.com
Q: I have/had a PayPal account, but am having problems placing my order. What should I do?
A: Contact PayPal directly.

Q: Can I place my order by phone?
A: Yes you may.
Q: I would like to pay by Echeck how does that work?
A: If you pay by Echeck your order is not processed until the funds clear your bank account. This usually takes 3-4 business days. Then normal processing times would apply depending on the item(s) ordered.
Q: I saved your website in my favorites so that I could come back later and order favors for my wedding. Now I am ready to order and the favors on on backorder until after my event. Is there anything that I can do?
A: Sometimes it's better to order your favors as soon as possible. When a certain favor is out of stock the manufacturer orders a certain amount to be made. Keep in mind that other customers may be ordering backordered favors in advance to make sure they receive their favors in time for their event (especially if it is a very popular favor).
*Please be advise that at times when the shipment of backordered favors comes in there can be times during peak wedding season (April-October) when the entire shipment is sold out due to pre-orders.

Q: How will I know how long will it take for my order to be shipped out?
A: That information can be found on the actual product page
Q: How can I make sure I receive my favors in time for my event?
A: The best way to ensure that you will receive your order in time is to check availability of the item and allow at least 2 weeks for production and shipping.
Q: Why are there different shipping time-frames for everything?
A: A lot of items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We have several different manufacturers that we use. The shipping time-frames noted are based on the manufacturers shipping terms.
Q: I was on your website previously and you had flat rates for shipping. Now it seems that the shipping rates are higher. What happened?
A: In order to be competitive we keep our prices as low as possible. However, we pay for shipping based on product weight. In order to compensate for the price difference we would have to increase our product prices (which we would rather not do) You will find that even with the new UPS rates purchasing products from us will still end up cheaper than purchasing the same thing from other websites.

Q: What is the difference between blank and fill-in invitations?
A: Blank invitations you print yourself and Fill-in Invitations contain standard preprinted wording such as please come, an invitation, for, date, place, time, and r.s.v.p. You just fill in the details by hand.

A: We use different stationery vendors and sell invitations based on the quantities that the invitations are packaged in.
